I am delighted that you are considering the British School of Nanjing for your child’s education. I understand that a parent’s choice of international school can be a difficult one, but that it is, once a family has decided to move overseas, one of the most important ones that you will make. 

 

We firmly believe that the British School of Nanjing provides the best environment for our children. It is warm and nurturing, yet academically strong and stimulating.  In lessons, we strive to give our students a love of learning: a thirst for knowledge and the critical thinking skills to make use of it. Outside them, we engage our students with a vibrant set of extra-curricular activities that make for a rich, varied day. At all times, we offer a friendly, supportive framework and a range of opportunities for all families to share with us in the growth and development of our children.

 

To do this, we are fortunate to have small, cosy campus with state-of-the-art technology and a range of resources. However, it is our dedicated and experienced staff that combine excellent subject knowledge with a drive to share that knowledge and educate that is the backbone of our school. All our teachers are fully qualified with degrees from some of the best UK universities and experience in schools in Britain and internationally.  All involve themselves fully in the experience we offer; all set themselves apart through their commitment, empathy and passion for education.

 

Although there is no substitute for a visit to our school, we hope that the website provides you with some insight into our school and encourages you to learn more about us.
