Step 1: Enquiry– Contact the school. A dedicated
admissions officer is available to answer your questions and help you
through the application process.
Step 2: School Visit – There is no better way to learn
about our school than by scheduling a visit. We are happy to meet with
prospective families by appointment during business hours from
8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Step 3: Application – All students must submit a
completed application form to be considered for admission. Please send

Step 4: Assessment – Prospective pupils in all year
levels must complete an assessment with a member of the school's academic staff.
If students are unable to come to Nanjing to complete the assessment,
arrangements can be made for a prospective pupil to be assessed at his
or her current school prior to arrival in Nanjing.
Step 5: Notification – Once the student application
and assessment have been completed, your application will be submitted
to the Head Teacher for review. Families will be notified within 7
school days of all admissions decisions.
Step 6: Reserve Your Place – If your child(ren) is
admitted to the school and a place is available, you will need to
reserve your place in the class within two weeks by submitting the
security deposit.
If your child is admitted but no place is
currently available, then he or she will be placed on a waiting list
and you will be informed as soon as a place becomes available.
