After many months of waiting, the main lanes of the new Shuanglong Highway are finally completed.

What this means for families is that it now only takes 10 minutes to the British School from Yuhua District (Yulan Villa and Bamboo Gardens) and saves about 15 minutes on travel time for students and families coming from downtown areas.

It is great to see this new improvement in the road system to the school, which now makes BSN the closest International School to downtown areas of Nanjing.

We are also very pleased to say that the arterial roads to the highway will be completed before the new academic year in August, making the Xianlin area East of Purple Mountain also a much shorter distance.
